FUNDRAISING INFO

The mission of Celtic Cultural Alliance is to promote and preserve the Celtic heritage through educational programs and outreach events in the community. Since 1988, the Celtic Classic Highland Games and Festival, a 3 day event with over 270,000 people in attendance, has been held during the last weekend of September. Due to the pandemic, our event has been cancelled this year. We are raising funds to ensure that Celtic Classic will return in 2021.

The Celtic Classic, known as the largest free Celtic festival in North America, hosts the U.S. National Highland Games Championship, world class performers, grade 3 & grade 4 pipe band competitions, cultural programs, Scottish clans, and more.

In addition to Celtic Classic, the Celtic Cultural Alliance supports year-round cultural programming and outreach events, such as through arts, music, and literature, dance, and history programs. CCA has school programming and participates in community events. In keeping with the spirit of the next generation, the CCA annually offers scholarships to promising young students of the Celtic Arts. The winners of the 2020 scholarships will be announced in September.
