FUNDRAISING INFO

The Passionist Alumni Association Council, invite you to walk, run, or ride on a virtual trip through the nation of Haiti.

Why? To feed very hungry families with months of critical food. AND…to embark on an adventure to nurture our own bodies with healthy movement.

Yes, we are going to Haiti to experience the incredible challenges faced by the country and help our Passionist man-on-the scene, Fr. Hugo, bring food to dozens of families. Someday we hope to invite you to go in person, but for now it will be virtual.

How does ‘virtual’ work? Imagine you could travel across a country by just getting out of bed or getting off the couch. What if almost every activity you performed, (walking, fishing, exercising...) helped take you to new places where you could learn the stories of a colorful and compelling culture?

So, you can do good for your own health while learning about conditions in one of the poorest countries on earth, and how Passionists like Fr. Hugo and Fr. Rick Frechette are helping – and helping Fr. Hugo with donations you and your friends make.

Even at the current manipulated exchange rate, $180 buys food for 3 months for a family in Haiti.
