Imagina Children’s Foundation is a non-profit organization based out of Boca Raton, FL USA. We fund educational programs and events in Imagina Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico while raising awareness about the importance of access to the arts and education. Our cultural center in Leon is located in an impoverished area where gang violence and teen drug addiction is a threat to our youth. Imagina provides a safe space and empowering alternatives to the children in the area looking for a brighter future. Imagina believes the best way to improve communities is through three core principles. Education, children and sustainability. By providing children with access to education we are able to ensure they will learn life-long skills that will allow them to grow into self-sufficient and productive adults. The children who go through our programs are taught valuable lessons about teamwork, personal responsibility and dedication. Our mission is to transform the community through the children, and our sustainable program ensures it will flourish as the community grows.
