The 4Fitness Movement is a group developed to encourage more movement from a place of support and accountabliitly and also inclusive of all body shapes, sizes and fitness abilities.
I realized that many people are trying to exercise outside of the studio by walking, running, biking or swimming and some people find it difficult to do on their own. These virtual missions allow us to create a community for support and encouragement.
4Fitness will be holding monthly missions of various lengths and longer mission of 6 months or even a year long mission. You can count all of your mileage from walking, running, jogging, elliptical use, biking, swimming, stair climbing or 4Fitness studio sessions ( mileage key below).
4Fitness Class Credits
My favorite part of the virtual missions is that you can get your movement in on your schedule and where you are most comfortable. For example I will be getting most of my movement in at 4Fitness between classes and walking on my treadmill. I really like air conditioning. Then you enter your information into our event and watch the pin move down the map.
