What is  the SK Fitness Virtual Challenge?

 

The SK FITNESS Virtual Challenge can be done in your own time at your own pace from any location in the world. You can run, jog, walk, on or off road, a treadmill etc.

The beauty of a virtual challenge is that it is on your terms, all you have to do is enter and upload your activity automatically though other platforms or manually  and that’s it.

Virtual challenges can help you make exercising into a habit. You are 4 times more likely to achieve your goal if you join a challenge, because it helps you set up a SMART fitness goal and it motivates you from start to finish. 

 

How long is the SK FITNESS Virtual Challenge?

 

I have mapped out a 282 KM route starting at the SK FITNESS STUDIO in Drinagh, you will make your way North up the Wexford cost, before going inland accross to Gorey and down to Bunclody. Then you will make your way to New Ross to start your journey to the Hook Peninsula, then onto Kilmore Quay before you start the short journey home by Our Lady's Island, Rosslare before returning for a big virtual high five from the SK Fitness Team at the finish line.

 

What is the duration of the challenge?

You have two months to complete the challenge, you can certainly complete it sooner you go at your own pace. And if you need to go over the two months that's fine too.
