International Transfers
In the course of delivery of services, as a processor, Actionary transfer personal information to a number of countries using the following safeguards.
- New Zealand – Adequacy
- America – Standard Model Clauses
- Nicaragua – Standard Model Clauses
- Romania – Within the European Union
- Ireland – Within the European Union
- China – Delivery details only are sent to China for medals that are shipped direct from the factory. This occurs only in a limited set of medals/circumstances
